Jackie Fielding has a wealth of experience within the Catering Industry and is extremely qualified to offer the residents delicious meals.
She thoroughly enjoys cooking to the residents individual needs and takes great care with their nutrition and health factors. The kitchen is certainly in good hands with Jackie as she offers in depth training for all the kitchen team and is focusing on continuing the 5 star rating in which Environmental Health Agency has applied to Nowton Court.
She lives locally with her family and at home she enjoys baking celebration cakes and sugar-craft flower bouquets, for friends and family alike.
