Rosemary thoroughly enjoys having a chat with all residents.
Whether residents are staying on a respite basis or permanent, Rosemary thoroughly enjoys spending sometime in her busy schedule chatting over a cup of tea with the them. ‘This gives them the opportunity to tell me more about themselves and how we can make their stay better and more comfortable’ says Rosemary.
Nowton Court treats all of their residents as ‘individuals’ and provides a very personal service to them – which is why spending time with everyone on a 1-1 basis is so important.
The dedicated staff are a wonderful team who always go that ‘extra mile’ for everyone and abide by the individuals likes and dislikes, so that their stay is a truly personal experience, in every way.
