At Nowton Court Village, we choose not to employ general carers ourselves, but instead prefer to work with our residents and their families to assist in arranging a care package on an individual needs basis. If you don’t need personal care – you don’t have to have any!
We have found that this offers our residents a greater flexibility in addressing their own changing needs, and provides the most cost effective and high quality support for each person.
We work in collaboration with both Trinity Home Care and Christies Care – who provide well qualified, motivated and professional staff who deliver the highest quality of care and support.
